①フタの上のふりかけを取り、フタを一部はがし、ソースを取り出します。
②熱湯を内側の線まで注ぎ、フタをして3分待ちます。
②湯切り口を作り、カップをしっかり持ち、湯切り口から湯をすてます。
③ソースをかけてよくまぜ合わせ、ふりかけをかけてできあがり。

①取下盒盖上的海苔包，揭开盖子一角取出酱包。
②注入热水，满到内侧标识线为止，合上盖子浸泡3分钟。
②揭开倒汤口的盖子，小心扶住杯体，从倒汤口处倒出热水。

③液体つゆをフタの上で温める。
④フタをして5分後、液体つゆを入れてよくまぜる。七味をかけてできあがり。

③ Warm the liquid broth on the lid.
④ After covered with the lid and waited for 5 minutes, add the liquid broth and mix it well. Add the shichimi chili to finish.
